| What is SpringboardX? |

The FWD SpringboardX Student Challenge invites tertiary education students to form teams and generate new innovative and impactful solutions for our real-life business challenges. We offer winners networking opportunity and be mentored by our senior management team as well as attractive cash prizes.
Students from across 10 markets in Asia (Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Macau, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam) are welcome to join.

| How it works |
Register & Team-up!
Register your account once we launch and you can start submitting your idea! You will have to form a team of up
to 5 students, including yourself. Each team member need to register an account on this platform.
Ideation
You have up to 5 weeks to brainstorm with your team until the submission closes. Once you have submitted
your idea, you can still make your edits before the deadline on 30th September 2023. (Maximum 5-slide
proposal deck - PowerPoint / PDF and / or 2 minute video).
Evaluation
All ideas will be evaluated, and Top 5 teams will be chosen to proceed to the final round. We will reach out to
the respective teams and announcement will be made on this platform.
Mentoring
Top 5 teams will have a chance to be mentored by subject matter experts to refine your project pitch before the
finals.
Finals
The Top 5 teams will then have to submit a 3 minute pre-recorded pitch.The teams will pitch virtually to a panel
of judges during the Final event in October - with three (3) winners announced the next working day.
